I picked up the MAXTRAX XTREME Signature Orange recovery boards before a long off-road trip, and they've already earned their place in my kit. The 88 replaceable anodized alloy teeth give serious bite on loose sand and mud, and the reinforced Nylon body feels tough enough to handle repeated use. Being sold as a pair is handy since you really want two for proper traction. They're a bit bulky to store, but that's expected with a product this heavy-duty. Overall, a solid, well-built option for anyone doing 4WD recovery.
