I picked up the One Week Food Supply to keep at home for emergencies and to test on a short camping trip. The variety is solid: Chicken Flavored Noodle Soup, Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice, Cheesy Broccoli Rice, Mushroom Rice Pilaf, Spanish Rice, Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Banana Chips, and Morning Moo's Lowfat Milk Alt. Everything is shelf-stable and stored for up to 25 years, and the ingredients are sourced in the USA, which I appreciate. The meals rehydrate easily and taste better than I expected for long-term storage food. Good peace of mind for the price, though I wish the portions were a bit larger.
