I use the Topside Heated Blanket on cold nights in my van and it does exactly what I hoped. The 48W max heat output is enough to take the chill off before sleep, and the smart controller remembers my settings so I don't have to reset it each time. I like that the shell and insulation are 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. It fits one person, and the 12V vehicle adapter is included, so it plugs right into my setup. Just remember you need a 12V battery, and it's not compatible with the Anker Solix C1000.
